These Terms & Conditions govern your use of furnitrends.com (the “Website”), and any purchase of goods or services (e.g. white-glove delivery, assembly, digital mockups) from FurniTrends (the “Store”). By accessing or using the Website and/or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Website or purchase goods/services from FurniTrends.

2. Ordering, Payments & Services

  • By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide (name, address, contact details) is accurate and up to date.

  • Payment must be completed via the payment methods offered at checkout (credit/debit card or other accepted methods). Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization.

  • Additional services (white-glove delivery, assembly, mockups) are optional and offered at extra cost. By selecting such services, you agree to pay the applicable fee.

  • FurniTrends reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders or services for any legitimate reason (e.g. unavailable inventory, incorrect shipping address, failure to verify payment).

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are shown in Dollars and include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • FurniTrends is not liable for pricing errors; in the event of a pricing error, we may cancel or refuse orders or adjust the price at our discretion, notifying you before charging.

4. Delivery, Shipping & White-Glove Assembly

  • Standard shipping and white-glove delivery / assembly will follow the terms as specified at checkout (or service selection).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, stock availability, and external factors (e.g. carrier delays, custom duties).

  • FurniTrends aims for secure, timely delivery and assembly, but does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, with original packaging and all parts. Any missing/damaged parts may void the return eligibility.

  • Customers bear responsibility for return shipping costs, unless stated otherwise (e.g. in special promotions, warranty cases, or return-on-us offers).

  • Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • For services (e.g. white-glove delivery, assembly), once services are rendered they are non-refundable, except in cases of clear service failure or gross negligence by FurniTrends  in which case we may offer partial refund or re-delivery at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property & Use of Website Content

  • All content on FurniTrends Website including but not limited to text, images, logos, design mockups, product descriptions is owned or licensed by FurniTrends and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use content from the Website for commercial use without our prior written consent.

  • If you submit content (e.g. design requests, customization instructions), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such input for providing services (mockups, custom orders), and maintain a record for order fulfillment and customer service.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

When using the Website you agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or FurniTrends staff;

  • Upload harmful code (viruses, malware), spam, or other unwanted content;

  • Interfere with or misuse the Website’s infrastructure or security features.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in termination of your account, cancellation of orders, or legal action where applicable.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Furniture products are intended for normal indoor/outdoor home use only. FurniTrends is not liable for misuse, improper assembly (if done by customer), wear & tear, or damage caused by accidents, negligence, or natural causes.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurniTrends disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • FurniTrends’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your order is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product(s) or service(s) in question. FurniTrends will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & your use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of US / Georgia  Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Website shall be resolved by the courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

FurniTrends reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of any product/service after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
